Pumpkin Protein Shake

Pumpkin is not just for fall!  Pumpkin is loaded with vitamin A  and fiber, low in calories and tastes great. You will love this Pumpkin Protein Smoothie for breakfast,  lunch, or even after  a workout.  K6’s Power Up Protein is delicious alone, but paired with pumpkin, it’s amazing!

Ingredients:

1 c.  almond milk (I use unsweetened vanilla.)

1 banana (I prefer the ones with brown spots. The brown ones are sweeter.)

1/2 cup canned organic pumpkin

1 tsp pumpkin pie spice

1/2 tsp vanilla extract

2 scoops of Power Up Protein Powder

a few ice cubes

Pour all ingredients in a blender. Blend well. Enjoy!!
