Here are several Protein Shake Recipes that you are sure to love!

Basic Recipe

Blend the following ingredients with ice:

  • 1 scoop of PurePea
  • 1/2 cup frozen organic 
  • 1/2 cup water or coconut milk (or your favorite milk)

Coconut Smoothie

Blend the following ingredients with ice:

  • 1 scoop of PurePea
  • 1/2 banana, frozen
  • 1/2 cup coconut milk

Tropical Smoothie

Blend the following ingredients with ice:

  • 1 scoop of PurePea
  • 1/2 cup frozen mango
  • 1/2 cup coconut milk
  • pinch of ground ginger

Strawberry Dream

Blend the following ingredients with ice:

  • 1 scoop of PurePea
  • 1/2 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1/2 cup of your favorite milk (almond or coconut is the best!)

Southern Style Smoothie

Blend the following ingredients with ice:

  • 1 scoop of PurePea, Vanilla
  • 1/2 cup frozen organic peaches
  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 2 teaspoons freshly grated ginger
  • pinch of cinnamon
