(No-Sugar) Pumpkin Butter
This time of year I love anything PUMPKIN! Pumpkin Butter is no exception. Not only is this recipe easy, but is makes your house smell heavenly when it’s cooking.
Ingredients:
1 (15 oz) can organic pumpkin
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp allspice
1/4 tsp nutmeg
1/4 tsp clove
1/4 tsp ginger
1 TBSP xylitol
1 TBSP honey
2 tsp coconut oil
1/4 cup water
pinch of salt
Preparation:
Mix all of the ingredients in a small saucepan and cook uncovered over low heat for 1 hour or until very thick. Stir occasionally. Store in jar or container with lid. (I do not recommend canning this.)
Serve with our No-Grain Bread.
