No-grain Bread
Even though I don’t eat grains, every once in a while I still want a piece of bread. I was so thrilled to have found this recipe. For the first time in 2 years, I enjoyed a slice of bread. The texture of this bread reminds me of cornbread. It is so good toasted or just served warm with butter.
Ingredients:
3 1/2 cup almond flour
3/4 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
4 eggs
1 Tablespoon honey
3/4 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 300 degrees.
2. Combine all dry ingredients.
3. In a separate bowl, whisk the eggs, then add the honey and apple cider vinegar.
4. Pour the batter into a well-greased loaf pan.
5. Bake for 40-45 minutes.
