Healthy Superbowl Snacks

Are you ready for some football? My two favorite things about the Super Bowl are  the commercials….and the FOOD! Occasionally, I might glance at the game, too.

It can be hard to eat healthy during game time, since most finger foods and snacks are filled with grains and sugar, so I’ve  put together some of my favorite finger foods for the big game.

Don’t forget to serve a vegetable tray, fruit tray, olives, guacamole, and salsa.

Now for the fun stuff…..DESSERTS!

I can’t wait to make these Magic Brownie Bars and Chocolate Caramel Coffee Bars from PaleoOMG.  (You really can’t go wrong with anything from her blog!)

These  Real Deal Chocolate Chip Cookies from Against All Grain look delicious.  No one will know they are grain-free!


One of my favorite desserts is our No-grains, No-Sugar Apple Crisp.
