Cauliflower Rice
If you are cutting back on your carbs or eat a grain-free diet, you will want to try Cauliflower Rice. It is a wonderful substitution for mashed potatoes or white rice.
Not only is it delicious, cauliflower has many health benefits.

Directions:
1. Cut the cauliflower into small florets. 2. Grate the cauliflower. You can use a food processor or a hand-held grater. (I prefer the food processor with the grater attachment.) 3. Add the cauliflower to your steamer and steam the cauliflower for 8-10 minutes. 4.Serve warm with butter and sprinkle with salt.
