Stop what you are doing and make these cookies right away! You’ll be amazed they don’t have any sugar in them. They taste like little bites of banana bread. I added dark chocolate to half the batch just to make a good thing even better!

3 very ripe bananas, smashed
1 apple, finely chopped
1/2 cup coconut flour
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
3/4 cup almond butter
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
1/3-1/2 cup canned coconut milk
1 tablespoon cinnamon
1/2-3/4 cup dark chocolate morsels (optional)
1.Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Add smashed bananas, flour, almond butter, baking soda and apples to a medium sized bowl.
3. Add walnuts,1/3 cup coconut milk, and cinnamon to the bowl. If you want to add dark chocolate, add the morsels now. You can also split the batter and add morsels to only half the recipe. Mix well. Add more coconut milk, if needed. You will want the mixture very moist.
4. Spoon batter out by tablespoons on cookie sheet. Bake 20-25 minutes. Be careful not to over bake.
