Emotions are  connected to the physical body. So much so that sometimes healing can only get so far until emotions are addressed. At this point, we may use  Bach flowers.  Bach Flowers have a very powerful effect on the body.

What are Bach Flowers?

Dr. Edward Bach was a British physician who saw disease as a physical manifestation of negative emotions. Some of those emotions being fear, worry, indecision, uncertainty, indifference, apathy, doubt, discouragement, over caring, weakness, impatience and self-distrust. Over a time, he came up with 38 healing flowers and plants known today as the Bach Flower Remedies.

These remedies are completely safe and a natural method of healing. They are dilutions of the flowers, and contain the “energy” or vibrational nature of the flower. They can be used on children, adults and even pets. Each remedy can be used alone or in combination with others to make it completely customized for an individual. During an initial or routine appointment at K6 Wellness, we often add flower remedies into the homeopathic formula made up for your body’s needs.

Another great addition to dealing with emotions is EVOX. EVOX is another service offered  at K6 Wellness and we have seen great results from it. EVOX is perception re-framing. Perception is the way you think or feel about something. The purpose of an EVOX session is to release subconscious stress and allow the body to change your perception.
