Circuit Workouts
Is it your goal to get in shape in 2014? Don’t wait until the new year, now is the best time to begin!
Even if you already workout, it would be good to change things up a bit. Changing up your workout routines will help prevent a plateau that can occur as your body adapts to exercise. I’ve put together some of my favorite circuit workouts from all over the internet. Circuit training is a form of body conditioning or resistance training using high-intensity aerobics. It targets strength building and muscular endurance. An exercise “circuit” is one completion of all prescribed exercises in the program.
Circuit training combines 8-10 exercises that are completed one right after the other, with little or no rest in between. One of the reasons I love circuit training is because most of them can be done at home with little or no equipment. You can even do them while you are watching your favorite TV show.
So get your workout shoes on, crank up some music and get started!

One tip while doing Circuit training is to minimize your rest period between exercises.Circuit training is only successful when performed constantly and consistently. Set up all necessary elements of your exercises before you begin your workout.
